Setting goals is the first step to success!

Discipline beats motivation! I have worked with numerous sales professionals in my career and I consider myself one as well. What I've learned during the past eleven years is that any realistic result can be achieved through effective goal setting discipline.

This is just one of the many reasons I have decided to pass on my knowledge, share my best practices and help others to achieve their goals faster. In my sales trainings I work with proven methods and tools which each sales professional can apply at his/her own preference. My goal for every participant is to recognize the added value for their own purpose of working and to utilize these methods and tools in a sustainable way, which will result in an increase of productivity.

As a manager, I have had  the privilege to participate in different trainings yearly. I have completed more than 50 sales and management trainings - equivalent to over 400 hours of training - and actively use the methods that are suitable for me. Sharing my knowledge and experience is a vital part of my management trainings. The participants experience a hands-on workshop, which will support their development and deepen their knowledge. The aim is to increase success factors within a team as well as in individual work. Management trainings can be booked as a workshop for groups or on an individual basis.

 

In addition to the above mentioned trainings, I offer one-on-one coaching units for sales professionals as well as for managers. The emphasis is on problem solving and goal setting. During the coaching session, challenges are identified within a very short time period and are getting solved by setting goals and defining actions.

My approach is hands-on. This is strongly reflected in my trainings and workshops. Every method and tool is utilized in the course of each unit and is subject to change upon direct needs.
